HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming your order.

You will also receive a tracking link, to keep up to date with your package, once it has been dispatched and on its way to you.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

> For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you would like to amend your order details (e.g. shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to process the change, however cannot guarantee any amendments as all orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

> For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

How much do I pay for shipping ?

> Good news ! Standard shipping is free.

Multiple shipping options will be available soon at check out. These include Express Shipping (DHL, Fedex ...) so you can get your order even faster.
