01. Expected Delivery Time (standard shipping)

We proudly offer FREE Standard worldwide shipping! 

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully package it in 48~72 hours.

Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is :

USA : 7 - 15 days

Australia and New Zealand : 7 - 20 days

United Kingdom and Europe : 7 - 15 days

Canada  : 7 - 20 days

Others countries : 11 - 25 days

Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

We strive to get all orders received before 0 AM (EST) shipped out the following (business) day. We ship from our warehouses in US, Europe and China and depending on our inventory and your location.

We work also with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable.

Once the tracking number is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email!

Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

02. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will be emailed the tracking information. Tracking information is available within your account. Few international orders will not guarantee tracking after they arrival the destination country.

03. Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we provide a 30 day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item, to initiate a return. 

You can request Return and Refund Service:

I. If the delivery was received within 30 calendar days, the product is not opened, and the packaging, accessories, giveaway gifts and manuals remaining the same without any artificial damages that affect a second sale.

II. Within 30 calendar days of receipt of delivery, if the product has a manufacturing defect before being put to use, for example: the product is with scratches or stains or malfunction which is confirmed by the after-sales service team after troubleshooting.

III. Manufacturing-related quality issues still exist after a replacement confirmed by troubleshooting.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@plcium.com. We will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.

Once we have received the return, you will receive an email confirming your return. Refunds will be automatically processes within 10 business days on to your original payment method.

You can request to Replacement Service:

I. Within 30 calendar days of receipt of delivery, if the product has a manufacturing defect before being put to use.

II. Within 30 calendar days of receipt of delivery, the product cannot be powered on normally in accordance with the manual or under the guidance of the technicians after unpacking, or non-artificial quality defects are found;

III. Non-artificial quality defects still exist after a replacement.

IV. If the product purchased does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.

Replacement Service will not be provided where:

I. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

II. The returned goods are incomplete, the outer packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals are incomplete, or the appearance of the product is artificially damaged;

III. Product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by our Technical Support.

IV. Product damage caused by an event of force majeure including fire, flood, lightning strike and traffic accident.

V. Product has not been sent back within 10 calendar days after the refund or after replacement confirmation from Plcium.
